Performance A minimum aggregate routing capacity of 4,000,000 frames/sec is specified for Class 2,Class 3, and Class F frames. Non-blocking throughput of up to 8 x 100MBytes/sec (0.8GBytes/sec) is provided.A maximum switch latency of less than two microseconds is specified for Class 2, Class 3,and Class F frames when the output port is free. Manageability The unit may be managed in band or out of band via Telnet, via SNMP, via SES or via theWeb by connecting to the 10/100BaseT Ethernet port. Simple Easy setup and configuration. After Power-On Self-Test (POST), you need only to add the switch's Internet Protocol (IP) address. The remainder of the switch'ssetup is automated.
